Refund and Return Policy

At The Maghrebi, we strive to provide high-quality products. Since all our products are custom-made and printed specifically for each customer upon order, please read the following policy carefully:

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Free Returns Conditions We cover all shipping and return costs and offer a full refund in the following cases only:

• If the product is damaged upon arrival or has a manufacturing defect.

• If there is a clear printing error (wrong design or significantly incorrect colors).

• If you received a different size than the one ordered in the purchase invoice.

3. How to Start a Return To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to themaghrebiltd@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage in the product.

3. Once the photos are verified, we will send you a free shipping label or issue a refund directly.

4. Cases Not Covered by Returns Since products are custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind after receiving the product.

• Choosing the wrong size by the customer (please review our size guide before purchasing).

5. Refunds Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
